How can I return my order?
For services and digital products: Although returns are not common practice, we urge you to email us at zahli@by-zahli.com.au if you have any issues with your order so that we can find a suitable outcome.
For physical product: We want you to love everything you bring home. As each piece is individually 3D-printed by hand, minor variations between the product shown and the one you receive are part of what makes yours unique.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at zahli@by-zahli.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right. Please note that in order to be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How much does shipping cost?
For physical products offer two delivery options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — $9.99 (estimated 5–10 business days)
- Express Shipping — $14.99 (estimated 2–5 business days)
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50.
All orders are dispatched the next business day from Sydney, Australia. Please note that all decor items require an additional 24 hours prior to dispatch to allow for printing. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

By Zahli is an Australian-based home décor and interior styling service operated by Zahli. These terms apply to all products purchased and services booked through by-zahli.com.au.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Made-to-Order Products
All décor items sold through By Zahli are made to order and individually 3D-printed. As each piece is produced by hand, minor variations between the product shown and the one you receive are part of what makes yours unique. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the basis of these natural variations.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day. Made-to-order décor items require an additional 24 hours prior to dispatch to allow for printing. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and By Zahli is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at zahli@by-zahli.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to assess each return request on a case-by-case basis.
Services — Decor Date & House Call
Bookings for the Decor Date and House Call services are subject to availability and confirmed via email. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to provide accurate information including photos, measurements, and a realistic budget to ensure the best possible outcome. By Zahli is not responsible for purchases made independently outside of a session.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service booking, please notify us as soon as possible via zahli@by-zahli.com.au. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Intellectual Property
All content on by-zahli.com.au, including images, text, and branding, is the property of By Zahli and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
